You retain all rights to content you create and publish on fanfiction.fyi. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and store that content on the service for as long as it remains published.

Responsibility

Removal

You may delete your own content at any time. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or community standards.

Our Platform

The fanfiction.fyi platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform itself.

DMCA & Takedown

If you believe your copyrighted work is being used unlawfully, contact us at admin@fanfiction.fyi with a description of the material and your ownership claim. We will respond to valid takedown requests promptly.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the content posted by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fanfiction.fyi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the service (which is zero for free accounts).
